I ordered a chicken bacon ranch cali crust pizza i asked for just a little bit of hot sauce.. This is what I got. Basically a calzone...the pizza was folded over and had salad in it and tomatos.. I never asked.for a sandwhich and this didnt have bacon...they gave me a side of ranch with it. I didnt realize what was in my box till I was home 25mins away. Id like another or my money back. There was so much hot sauce on it I couldn't eat it. So I basically asked for a carson valley with bacon.

We called in a week in advance to reserve the party room. Staff informed us they no longer do that and it’s first come first serve. Two more times we called in regarding bringing in a cake and about ordering the pizza - also asking about the party room to be sure. No reservation, first come first serve. We showed up early and had a whole sheet of pizza come out, some of the family spent collectively spent $150 on the machines and games, we bought the pizza, we spent $25 on drinks. Shortly after we got the pizza, this man came in and said he’s the owners brother and he reserved the room. We said we were told several times it’s first come first serve. He gave us nasty looks. Next thing you know we have the owner come in and told us we had to go- that the room was reserved. We told him to talk to his staff because we were told several times by different people it was first come first serve. He went out to his staff and treated them terribly. The staff told us that nothing was written down stating the room was being used for anything that day. The owner told us again we must go. We said we paid for our pizza and drinks for the party and we were going to stay to finish it all. He dema

Love Best Way Pizza so much, I tried another location and got the EXACT taste that I knew and love!!! They all taste the same ... AMAZING!!! The side salads were the smallest I've ever had from this chain at this location.... tiny. Super clean eat-in area, employees were pleasant and greeted with smiles!! This restaurant actually had some super cute cookies that I had to try. They were a bit hard but adorable! Definitely will stop back when Im in the area! 3 stars on the food because the side Salad was so small and they didn't have the Ken's Ranch Dressing that I'm used to.

Food is awesome. Ham on their hoagie was a little thick for my father to chew but that may be because he wasn't wearing his false teeth. I always have special requests and they never complain. And they usually give me extra cuts of pizza if they are at the end of a pie.

Pizza is cooked decently maybe 1 outta 10 times. Pizza soup!!
